Engagement Session in Joaquin Miller Park, Oakland CA: Shana & Alan

Grateful as we are in California to have rain and lots of it, after many years in drought, I was very fortunate to have planned this engagement session with Shana & Alan one sunny afternoon, during a glorious break from wet days. We went to the woods in the Oakland hills of Joaquin Miller Park. Honestly it was my first time really exploring but it wont be my last. I think this is a time when

Getting Married at San Francisco City Hall: What You Need to Know

Hey there! So you’re planning a San Francisco City Hall wedding? Awesome! There are different ways to go about it, and as a local photographer who has photographed dozens of weddings there I wanted to share information and tips that could help you figure it out. Outdoor Art Club Wedding, Mill Valley: Kelly + Phil

Get ready for a lot of beauty! The stars of our blog post today, the lovely Kelly & Phil, had a beautiful fall wedding at the Outdoor Art Club in Mill Valley, CA. Kelly looked absolutely stunning in her wedding dress. It is so unique, I’ve never seen anything quite like it. And Phil looked sharp in his blue suit too. We began with their first look in Old Mill Park where we took some

Berkeley City Club Wedding: Julie & Chris

I am very excited to share some photos today of Julie & Chris’ beautiful winter wedding at the Berkeley City Club. The day started off quite memorably as I arrived to the Claremont Hotel to photograph the bridal parties getting ready and the power went out due to heavy rains. Other guests were walking around the corridors with glow-sticks and flashlights while the ladies were trying to

So

Stern Grove Wedding: Amanda & Aubrey

I am super excited to share these preview photos from Amanda & Aubrey’s December wedding at Stern Grove in San Francisco. They both looked so stunning, Amanda in white and Aubrey in black, but most of all I love their laid back but very loving way with one another. One favorite moment was when they had an entourage of their nieces & nephews walk them down the aisle with kazoos in

Wine Cave Wedding: Petroni Vineyards, Sonoma

A&K had a beautiful wedding in a wine cave at Petroni Vineyards in Sonoma, California, one October day. They stayed cozy and dry inside as they exchanged their vows in front of their guests while it poured with rain outside. But let me back up a moment because they have one of the most romantic love stories I’ve ever heard. A&K met on a plane while “A” was actually in a

Brazilian Room Wedding, Berkeley: Jane & Adam

Oh my goodness, I am so excited to share Jane & Adam’s Brazilian Room, Berkeley wedding. It took place on a beautiful September day and it was a ton of fun. Seriously though, Jane has the most amazing contagious smile, just look at how beautiful she is in the photos! It’s easy to see how Adam fell for her. 🙂 And the best part? They really had the space to be their genuine,

Mr C Beverly Hills Wedding: Natalie & Ben

I am so excited to share these photos of Natalie & Ben’s wedding that took place at Mr C’s in Beverly Hills. I traveled down to my hometown of Los Angeles for their beautiful wedding and I am so glad I got the chance to do so! Natalie is a friend of mine from high school and it’s been so much fun to reconnect with her at this very special time in her life, and now
