Anna & John’s San Francisco Pier Engagement Session

Anna & John will be getting married at Mills College next May 2014. To contrast the natural beauty surrounding the campus they decided they wanted a more urban location for their engagement session and I couldn’t be happier that we headed to this beautiful pier near the ferry building. It’s urban and very classy set on the water’s edge and amongst the city skyline and we lucked out with the weather. I’m so thrilled with the way these turned out Anna & John, are so at ease with one another. I definitely look forward to the main event next year!

Three things to know about getting married at San Francisco City Hall

• You can pick up a marriage license from any county in California. Just make sure it is within 90 days of your date
• The best light and my favorite portrait location is on the 4th-floor North balcony
• San Francisco City Hall’s best kept secret: Did you know you can get married at SF City Hall without making a wedding appointment? You just need to hire your private officiant, and I can help you plan a wedding like this.
