Lynsay & Craig were married on a gorgeous fall day at the Presidio Officer’s Club, San Francisco, and hosted their reception at a fabulous restaurant, just a stone’s throw away at The Commissary. They are a classy, low-key couple who know how to have a good time. Craig is the jokester who keeps Lynsay laughing as well as rolling her eyes when he’s being especially goofy. One thing is for sure, they adore each other and are a total pleasure to be around. The photos begin with their sweet first look in the Presidio and on Baker Beach.
Their wedding was simple and elegant and I like how they chose to focus on the important stuff: being surrounded by good people, having a beautiful ceremony and eating delicious food. Before the ceremony began they sat across from each other at a massive table and exchanged vows in front of their guests, where they also signed their ketubah, the traditional Jewish wedding contract. Even though their wedding wasn’t small, they may have had 100 or more guests, they still managed to have an incredibly moving and intimate ceremony. Everyone stood together and surrounded the couple in the middle, who stood under a chuppah. I heard multiple guests commenting while they walked away on how touching the ceremony was.
And then it was time for the celebration to begin! Lynsay & Craig rented out the Commissary, making sure their guests were pampered with delicious food and cocktails. They sat on stools at the bar together which put them right in the center of the action. They got to chat with everyone who came up for a drink, though as the hosts of a fabulous party they didn’t get to sit for too long. Many congrats to the fabulous couple!
