What an incredible celebration! Phillip & Meghana are warm, caring, and just wonderful freaking people to be around, and I am so glad I got to be a part of the fun, twice over.
They had multi-day, multicultural Hindu and Catholic wedding ceremonies and an incredible party to celebrate it all at San Francisco`s Officer`s Club in the Presidio.

Squish. These two share a calm intimacy. It was a delight to see how they light each other up.
I`m digging the contrast between the serenity of the redwoods and their urban reception location. This is the second wedding I`ve had like that recently. That`s the beauty of an East Bay wedding-- you don`t have to choose; you can have both.

After their San Francisco City Hall ceremony, L+M walked over to the @sanfranciscoproper to celebrate with their families. This hotel is so freaking stunning! It`s a tres chic choice for an SF wedding and a very easy way to throw an intimate + classy wedding in San Francisco.

Mama got married ✨️ (And dad too!) But I`m starting the story here because as a mom of a young one myself, I really resonate with the joy she shows as she holds her baby in her arms.
Let me tell you, once you`ve had a baby with someone, your relationship is truly battle-tested. To stand up and emphatically choose each other after all they`ve been through is, to me, incredibly romantic. Is it more chaotic to have your own kids present at your own wedding? Oh yes, definitely, but as parents, they knew what to expect and found so much fun in it.
I love it when couples decide to add in their own unique vows to each other after a San Francisco City Hall civil ceremony, and L+M did just that. It helps add that personal touch to the day.
