Grace & Max were married on a warm summer’s day at the gorgeous Cornerstone Gardens in Sonoma. Seeing these two get married was a special treat for me because I actually first met them at their proposal! I was there from the beginning of this wedding story, snapping away pictures as Max proposed on a trail overlooking Baker Beach in San Francisco. These guys are a lot of fun, so needless to say I was thrilled when they asked me to photograph the wedding as well.
Cornerstone definitely suits these two perfectly. It’s a naturally elegant setting with plenty of modern touches to keep it feeling fresh. My personal highlight was taking them out for a few sunset photos in the evening. It’s pretty magical to be able to step away from the goings-on of the wedding for a few minutes and have a quiet moment with your love. I could see that they were loving the little bit of private time together. It’s clear that they have so much fun in each other’s presence.
Make sure to check out Grace’s gorgeous gown. I was floored! It is one of the most stunning dresses I’ve ever seen and she looked marvelous in it, indeed.
Congratulations Max & Grace!
