San Francisco City Hall, 4th Floor North Balcony Wedding: Michelle Jeff

Michelle & Jeff are just a whole bunch of awesome and fun. I was thrilled to be a part of their beautiful San Francisco City Hall ceremony on the 4th floor, North balcony and capture them and their guests together. I love the North balcony on the fourth floor for the beautiful light that is cast from the window and the arcs of the dome that you can see behind the couple when they get married. Michelle and Jeff looked lovely as they stood before each other and were married. After the ceremony we took time for portraits around city hall before heading over to EPIC Steak Restaurant on the Embarcadero, where their guests got a chance to party and celebrate while enjoying a stunning view of the Bay Bridge.

The whole day was a ton of fun and I really loved how Jeff and Michelle are both playful and romantic with one another. They couldn’t stop laughing and dancing throughout our portrait session. The fun they have with one another is absolutely contagious, no wonder everyone had such a blast!001-san-francisco-city-hall-4th-floor-wedding-0847003-san-francisco-city-hall-4th-floor-wedding-8696004-san-francisco-city-hall-4th-floor-wedding-8797007-san-francisco-city-hall-4th-floor-wedding-0938008-san-francisco-city-hall-4th-floor-wedding-1160009-san-francisco-city-hall-4th-floor-wedding-8923010-san-francisco-city-hall-4th-floor-wedding-1269011-san-francisco-city-hall-4th-floor-wedding-8992012-san-francisco-city-hall-4th-floor-wedding-1360015-san-francisco-city-hall-4th-floor-wedding-9042016-san-francisco-city-hall-4th-floor-wedding-9070017-san-francisco-city-hall-4th-floor-wedding-9094018-san-francisco-city-hall-4th-floor-wedding-9101019-san-francisco-city-hall-4th-floor-wedding-1475021-san-francisco-city-hall-wedding-9142023-san-francisco-city-hall-wedding-1550024-san-francisco-city-hall-wedding-1573026-EPIC-steak-San-francisco-wedding-photos-1606027-EPIC-steak-San-francisco-wedding-photos-9255028-EPIC-steak-San-francisco-wedding-photos-9266029-EPIC-steak-San-francisco-wedding-photos-9313030-EPIC-steak-San-francisco-wedding-photos-1637031-EPIC-steak-San-francisco-wedding-photos-9333032-EPIC-steak-San-francisco-wedding-photos-9397033-EPIC-steak-San-francisco-wedding-photos-9461034-EPIC-steak-San-francisco-wedding-photos-1736035-EPIC-steak-San-francisco-wedding-photos-1870036-EPIC-steak-San-francisco-wedding-photos-1913037-EPIC-steak-San-francisco-wedding-photos-1941038-bay-bridge-wedding-photo-1999039-bay-bridge-wedding-photo-2002

So freaking excited for these two! They kept it sweet and simple with a private elopement in San Francisco's golden gate park and they also had an enormous amount of luck when they planned to get married on Wednesday when we had a break in the rain here in the SF Bay Area. It was such a joy to capture this moment ❤️
Just going to put this here... my first attempt at putting myself in front of the camera! Everyone else is doing it so I'm giving it a shot now too.

This is from Christy & Dory's gorgeous wedding at Straus Home Ranch, in Marshall, CA. It is one of my favorite venues and this was a very special wedding. Even though this is a more serious moment there is tons of laughter that happens between these two. Christy has the most contagious laugh. I'm sure you'll be smiling when you take a peek. Check out the link in bio.

Enjoy fleet week San Francisco. Hope you enjoy it as much as this mother of the bride!

The most memorable moments are the unexpected ones. We were getting lined up for family photos when we could hear the blue angels starting up (very loudly) and flying overhead. Emily & Will got so lucky they didn't fly over while they were exchanging their vows and only started up just minutes after they said "I do."

Also when taking this photo I was disappointed for a split second that I didn't have a long close up lens on me so I could get a better photo of the planes, but then I realized my wide angle lens was perfect for allowing me to get everyone's reaction to the planes just before they zoomed out of frame.
