San Francisco City Hall Mayor’s Balcony Wedding: Adrian + Amy

san francisco city hall wedding high 5

High fives for Amy & Adrian’s San Francisco City Hall wedding on the Mayor’s Balcony! Amy looked stunning as she was ushered in on her dad’s arm. She appeared as a misty vision, a thin veil gracefully covered her eyes that sparkled with excitement. I loved seeing Adrian lifted the veil over her head, and how they smiled at each right after that moment. You know, it’s such a classic thing one imagines to see regularly at weddings but I could probably count the number of times I’ve seen a groom lift a veil from his bride’s face on one hand, even after years of photographing weddings. All that is to say I loved it and it felt fitting for the church-like grandeur of the setting.

I had a wonderful time with Amy & Adrian, it was a joy to have a chance to experience their intimate world with each other. I just loved how our portraits turned out after the ceremony, check them out! In the end, we walked over to Absinthe, a restaurant with a private dining room where they held their reception for their guests. Congrats Amy & Adrian!
